Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order enters the processing or production stage, cancellation will not be possible.
WoodTwist reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
Custom & Personalized Products
Custom-made or personalized products are manufactured strictly according to the details shared by the customer. Because these products are unique and cannot be resold, they are:
- Non-cancellable
- Non-returnable
- Non-refundable
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product
- You received an incorrect product
- The product has manufacturing defects
To request a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or an unboxing video as proof.
Refund Approval & Processing
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
